Safety:  The success of WOSBA depends on safety. Our association is totally committed to safe transportation and personal security of all our students. From our highly trained drivers to well-maintained vehicles, every program or initiative is reviewed regularly and stringently to ensure safety.

People:  Our greatest strength is our workforce. Our drivers, technicians and our support people form a team that is highly qualified and conscientious at all levels. We build relationships on trust, mutual respect, teamwork and communication.

The safety of the young children, in their care, is paramount to school bus drivers within the Western Ontario School Bus Association.

Integrity:  We are honest, ethical and fully accountable for our performance. We endeavour to meet and exceed our commitments. The Western Ontario School Bus Association recognizes the importance of our core values in ensuring we provide a responsible public service.
